Due to an exciting period of growth an Interim Chief Financial Officer is now required to join a prestigious business.
As the Interim Chief Financial Officer, you will play a fundamental role in leading the financial performance of the business, ensuring robust controls and governance. As the Interim Chief Financial Officer, you will lead on the financial strategy and provide key financial analysis to support effective decision making.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Leading the finance function, ensuring the overall delivery of all financial activities
- Leading on the year end process, maintaining robust governance and controls
- Responsible for the financial statements and annual report
- Managing the audit process, acting as the key sponsor with external auditors
- Delivering key financial insight and analysis to aid decision making
- Leading on the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle
- Managing external third party relationships
The successful candidate
- A Qualified finance leader ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- A proven track record operating as a Chief Financial Officer in a listed business
- Strong communication and influencing skills, the ability to forge effective relationships
- The ability to drive operational performance and add value
- A tactical and strategic approach
