Spencer is the Executive Director of our Pharma Partners and Gleeson Thames Valley business. He is a highly networked Life Science recruitment expert with a total of 16 years in the sector, including 5 years within the Life Sciences practice at a well-reputable global Search firm.

Spencer has recruited broadly across multiple functions within the sector. However, over the last 10 years he has focused on senior level pharmaceutical physicians across UK, EU and US.

He now specialises in Director level and above search mandates, and is also responsible for the strategic and operational growth of the Pharma-Partners globally.

Outside of work Spencer loves to travel and will always be plotting his next trip away with friends or family. He enjoys beach holidays in the summer and skiing or tumbling on a snowboard in the winter.

When time allows Spencer enjoys a spot of golf and tends to talk about exercise a little more frequently than actually doing it.

He is also a subject matter expert in anything cars or motorsport-related, having been a professional Touring car and Historic racing driver in a previous life.
