Our Executive Research Partner Nisha Patel has worked within recruitment for almost two decades. Nisha focuses on delivering a best-in-class hiring experience to her internal and external stakeholders, and has a proven track record in sourcing, attracting and hiring for senior roles across core corporate functions. 

 Throughout her career, Nisha has successfully led talent teams for leading organisations. As a graduate, she joined an established RPO, working onsite for professional services firm EY and National Lottery operators, Camelot. More recently, Nisha worked as a Talent Business Partner at one of the UK’s leading parcel carriers, Yodel. 

 Nisha’s passion for recruitment is clear, and she approaches her role with enthusiasm, professionalism and with a focus on delivering an outstanding recruitment experience. Her experience is an asset to the GRG Executive Search team and has enabled her to build a strong presence and network across the Midlands and nationally.
