Graduating with a degree in Criminology and Sociology, Executive Research Partner Frankie Ashford started her career as an analyst with HSBC. She then went on to join a multinational recruitment company, focusing on finance and accountancy recruitment across the Midlands.  

 Frankie’s hard work allowed her to quickly progress, and she went on to manage the Finance and Business support teams. Frankie also led on the development of additional divisions for the business including Property, Construction and Facilities Management. 

 In 2020, Frankie transferred to the organisation’s Executive Search division, where she focused on research for senior-level appointments globally. Throughout her career, Frankie has supported the recruitment of executive and non-executive roles across numerous commercial and not-for-profit sectors.
