With more than 15 years of experience in Built Environment recruitment, Stephen has an impressive track record in advising both domestic and international clients on senior-level hires. Stephen recruits within the Real Estate, Development and Construction sectors, specialising in strategic hires. 

Stephen started his recruitment career in London, working with construction and development groups. He then moved to the Midlands in 2010, and later joined Gleeson Recruitment Group, supporting GRG Executive Search with executive search in the Built Environment space. 

A professional, dedicated recruiter, Stephen is also passionate about contributing to the local community and has raised funds and awareness for great causes. He is a member of the regional board for LandAid: the UK’s Property Industry Charity and has organised several events to support their fundraising.
