With more than 20 years of recruitment experience, predominantly within interim management, the Head of our Interim Practice Sarah Bradley, leads on transformation appointments, supporting businesses as they navigate times of change.  

After graduating with a joint honour’s degree in Business and Spanish from the University of Hull, Sarah started her recruitment career, initially working in financial recruitment.  

In 2008, Sarah joined a multinational recruitment agency and, after holding several Director roles in the business, she progressed to work for the Executive Recruitment division, with a sole focus on Executive Interim appointments.  

Sarah is passionate about Continuous Professional Development and has gained a certification from Oxford Women’s Leadership Development Programme, University of Oxford.  

Sarah has a proven track record of delivery and building long-term relationships with both her candidates and clients and prides herself on delivering a high quality, effective and valuable service to her network.
