Hayley Smith


Associate Director - Transformation Practice


Specialising in interim executive recruitment across the transformation space, Hayley is an associate director with the GRG Executive Search team, and works in partnership with our clients to navigate large-scale business and IT change.

After graduating with a BA in economics and French from the University of Nottingham, Hayley began a brief stint as a maths teacher before joining PwC as an auditor. Following this, Hayley embarked on her recruitment career, working with a large national organisation to specialise in permanent IT business change and transformation before shifting her focus to the interim market. As a result of her efforts and dedication, Hayley quickly progressed to business manager.

Described by colleagues as a highly organised person with a great memory for small details, Hayley leaves no stone unturned in the quest to match clients with the very best change and transformation talent. In her spare time, Hayley loves to indulge her twin passions of travel and fitness, and is especially interested in learning about other customs and traditions.
