Bio
Hannah is a leadership consultant, executive coach and assessor with 15 years’ experience in the field of business psychology. Prior to this she spent 12 years working with young people as an assessor, coach and mentor, eventually training other professionals in the use of holistic assessment methodologies.
Hannah now specialises in one-to-one executive coaching and assessment to support senior hires or for development purposes. She has conducted hundreds of one-to-one assessments from middle management through to Chief Executive level, and has grown her coaching practice significantly over the past ten years.
It is important to her that all interactions are genuinely developmental, aiming to gain a deep understanding of the kind of potential individuals possess and how best to unlock it, regardless of the purpose of the assessment.
She has worked with a large proportion of the FTSE 100 across a broad range of industries including financial services, manufacturing, utilities, retail and energy.
She brings insight and empathy, but also pragmatism and business sense to her work and typically builds strong relationships during any assessment process which pave the way for powerful coaching and feedback sessions.
