Ben leads the Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain practice, and has 20 years’ experience recruiting senior roles and leading specialist recruitment teams.  

Throughout his career, Ben has built strong relationships with both clients and candidates. He combines his impressive network with a consultative approach to deliver the best talent for his clients.  

Ben has worked across industry sectors such as consumer, retail and industrial, and with publicly quoted, private and family-owned businesses. He typically recruits for roles such as Operations Director, Logistics Director, Procurement Director, and Supply Chain Director.  

Before joining GRG Executive Search, Ben spent the early part of his career working for a Contract Logistics provider. His practical experience means he is well placed to understand the challenges faced by Operations and Supply Chain leaders.
