I am seeking an experienced Interim Invoice to Cash (O2C) Global Process Owner (GPO) to join our dynamic team. This role is post-design phase, emphasizing testing, training, and deployment, with a keen focus on addressing issues during business readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the testing, training, and deployment phases of the Invoice to Cash process, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Utilize expertise in Oracle to optimize system functionalities and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and seamless integration.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues during the business readiness phase, ensuring a smooth implementation.
- Provide guidance and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and effective use of Oracle within the O2C process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Invoice to Cash (O2C) GPO, with a focus on Oracle.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle functionalities related to the O2C process.
- Strong project management skills, particularly in testing, training, and deployment phases.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to maintain business continuity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and adaptability to evolving project needs.
