Head of Legal – 12 month FTC – Warwickshire HQ (1-2 days pw)
Leading service provider supporting both the public and private sector client base are looking for a Head of Legal on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave and drive some hugely interesting and critical projects.
You will lead a small team of 2 others an be comfortable managing a diverse range of legal issues
– Commercial Contracts, corporate, IP, property/construction, regulatory compliance, public procurement
You will advise the UK leadership team, identify and assess risk, drive process and lead on major projects and high value contract agreements.
Commercially aware, a strong relationship builder with a flexible approach to problem solving will all be key attributes.
Salary/Benefits package c. 100k
